Only 3 Days Left Before KMTC Closes Applications Window

There are only three days left before the Kenya Medical Training College applications window closes. The deadline for those who want to join the medical fraternity is June 21.

There are two ways you can use to access the application portal by KUCCPS. You can either log into students.kuccps.net or go to kuccps.ac.ke.

How to login into KUCCPS website

To login into the KUCCPS website, you must know your birth certificate number or KCSE index number.

You must also have KES 1,500 in your MPESA to complete the application process. We advise you to use a computer and stable internet for this process.

  1. Once you click on the Login tab, enter either of the two numbers and enter password. Use the same password (either birth certificate number or KCSE index number. You will be logged in.
  2. Select KMTC programmes from the available menu and check the entry requirements for the programme you want. The system will only allow you to apply for the programme whose requirements you meet.
  3. Take note of the programme codes because you will need them when completing the application process.
  4. You will only enter the codes of the courses and not the names/titles.
  5. For best reference, download the PDF of the course details first.
  6. Go ahead and click KMTC Application and then click on Apply Now.
  7. Enter the codes of the courses you have chosen. You should fill in starting with your most preferred course to your least preferred course. You can select up to four courses.
  8. Do not rush. Allow the system to fetch the details of each course you fill in. Once this is completed, click SUBMIT.
  9. Once you submit, a popup will appear for payment process. Click Here to Pay.
  10. Click on the link and complete the payment through eCitizen paybill 222222.
  11. Take note of the Reference Code displayed on eCitizen as you complete payment via MPESA. You shall use this code back on the KUCCPS portal. Once you enter the code, the system will display, Application Successful.
